Atalanta Tickets: How to Buy Tickets for Atalanta Matches in Bergamo (2026/27)

Every ticket for an Atalanta home match is issued in the holder’s name and checked against an ID at the gate. Buy only through the club’s official channels. This guide covers the whole process for visitors from abroad, from creating an account to getting into the New Balance Arena.

• Online: atalanta.vivaticket.it, the club’s official ticket shop and the easiest option for visitors.
• Vivaticket sales points across Italy.
• Ticketing Point at the stadium, next to the Atalanta Store (entrance from Viale Giulio Cesare). On matchdays it opens about four hours before kick-off, but it only sells tickets that are left, usually at a higher price.

Stay away from unofficial resale sites. Tickets are personal, reselling them is not allowed and you risk being turned away at the gate. The club has its own official resale service.

1. Open atalanta.vivaticket.it and log in or register (“Accedi / Registrati”). One account works on all of Atalanta’s websites.
2. Pick the match, then a sector and a seat on the stadium map.
3. Enter the name and ID details of each person you are buying for.
4. Accept the stadium regulations, the fan code of conduct and the terms of sale.
5. Pay and save the ticket. At the stadium, show the ID whose details are on the ticket. A passport or a national ID card is fine.

The club sets prices for each match. They depend on the sector, the ticket type (full or reduced, for example for children) and the fixture, and some seats in the Tribuna and Parterre have dynamic pricing. Buying at the stadium on matchday usually costs more. The only reliable source for the price of a given match is its page on Vivaticket or the club’s “Info biglietti” announcement.

Sale dates are announced separately for every match. Single tickets for a Serie A game can go on sale as little as ten days before kick-off and stay on sale until they run out. For European matches, season-ticket holders buy first. For big games, buy as soon as sales open.

The Dea Card is Atalanta’s fan card, valid for five years. For a single league match you usually don’t need it. It is required for season tickets, away tickets and matches where the authorities restrict sales, when tickets may be limited to holders of a physical card. You can apply online on Vivaticket, which gives you a temporary PDF straight away, or at the Ticketing Point (not on matchdays). The rules don’t say clearly whether people living abroad can get one, so ask the club if you need it.

If you can’t go, you can transfer the ticket to another person for free (“cambio utilizzatore”) on Vivaticket, usually from 10:00 on the day before the match. A full-price ticket can go to anyone, a reduced ticket only to someone in the same category. Tickets for disabled fans can’t be transferred, and a ticket bought with a Dea Card can only go to someone who has their own Dea Card.

The 2026/27 ticket sectors include Curva Nord Pisani and Curva Sud Morosini behind the goals, Tribuna Rinascimento, Parterre Rinascimento, Tribuna Ovest, Tribuna d’Onore and Pitch View seats beside the pitch. Atalanta’s ultras are in the Curva Nord. The away section holds about 1,300 fans and is in the corner next to the Curva Sud. Rules for away fans are set by the Italian authorities for each match; sometimes residents of the visiting team’s region can only buy tickets there.

Atalanta play in the league phase of the UEFA Conference League in 2026/27. For its home games the club first sold a mini season ticket, with priority for league season-ticket holders and then open to Dea Card holders. Rules for single tickets for European and Coppa Italia matches are published before each game on atalanta.it.

The New Balance Arena is at Viale Giulio Cesare 18, about 2 km from Bergamo railway station: a 30-minute walk, about the same from the old town (Città Alta). A restricted traffic zone applies around the ground from about two hours before kick-off until half an hour after, so walk or take an ATB bus; matchday bus information is on atb.bergamo.it. Milan Bergamo Airport is about 5 km from the city and linked to it by the ATB line 1 bus.

Atalanta runs guided tours of the New Balance Arena that take in the dressing room and the pitch. Tours run mostly on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for groups of up to 30 people. Book at book.atalanta.it.

• Can visitors from abroad buy Atalanta tickets? Yes. You need a Vivaticket account and a passport or national ID card; the ticket is issued in your name.
• Can I buy tickets for friends? Yes. Enter each person’s details at checkout. Everyone brings their own ID.
• Can I buy a ticket at the stadium on matchday? Only if there are tickets left, and usually at a higher price.
• How big is the stadium? The New Balance Arena holds 23,439 spectators (Lega Serie A figure), so popular matches sell out fast.
• What should I bring? Your ticket and the ID used for the purchase. Large bags and items banned by the stadium regulations are not allowed in.
